Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

  • Prepayment: Submit a 30%–50% deposit after you confirm the order.
  • Balance Payment: Pay the remaining 50%–70% before we ship your order.
  • Bank Details: We provide these in your proforma invoice.

Instead, contact us directly through our official email or phone to confirm before paying. Never transfer funds to a new account without our verified authorization.

Letter of Credit (L/C)

  • Type: We prefer irrevocable L/C at sight.
  • Issuing Banks: You must use internationally recognized banks.
  • Documents Required: These include the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.

Flexible Payment Plans

  • Long-Term Partners: We can arrange tailored installment plans (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% before shipment, 30% after delivery).
  • Large Orders: You can negotiate terms based on order volume and project scope.

Other Options

  • Western Union: Suitable for small orders or sample payments.
  • Escrow Services: Available upon request for added security.

  • We process transactions in USD, EUR, or CNY (though we can negotiate other currencies).
  • Additionally, we calculate exchange rates based on the proforma invoice date.

Payment Deadlines

  • You must send deposits within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • To prevent delays, please complete final payments before shipment.

Taxes and Fees

  • Note that buyers bear responsibility for all bank charges, taxes, or import duties.
  • However, we assist with export documentation to simplify customs clearance.
